Please note that by making a reservation, you agree the following terms and conditions:

● Check-in starts at 15:00 p.m. If you arrive a few hours early, you can leave your luggage

upon request and communication with our team.

● Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.

● Cancellation is free of charge 14 days prior to your arrival date. In this case, you must

notify us in writing of your cancellation. The same applies in case you want to change or

modify your reservation.

● Baby cot and food seat for children under the age of three can be provided at no cost

upon request.

● Smoking is not permitted in any indoor parts of the building.

● Room cleaning is available for stays longer than 7 days, which will be arranged with our team.

● The bed linen and towels are changed during cleaning day. An extra set of towels is available upon request.

● Parties as well as any commercial use are prohibited.

● It is prohibited to accommodate individuals who were not declared at the time of booking

or who exceed the maximum number of guests permitted in the room.

● Guests are required to present their passport upon arrival.

● When using the pool, please make sure to follow the rules clearly presented in the pool area.
